The above link is to a 5 minute 51 second excerpted version of a video recorded in the year 2000 where a computer software programmer named Clinton Eugene Curtis testified at a US House Committee hearing, describing how he was asked by a sitting congressman in Florida to write a computer program that would flip elections. This hearing was attended by Maxine Waters and Jerry Nadler, among others.
